  • Pending proposals can allocate 80% of the budget and 20% per event.
  • Initial proposals exclude wallet exposure. The on-demand wallet review checks funds and held cost before fees; executable buy depth and fees remain unverified.
  • Trade signing and submission remain unavailable. Each future approval requires fresh execution checks.
